About Open Prairie

Open Prairie was first performed at the 2005 Winnipeg Fringe Festival. It is an ambitious project that combines theatre, film and multimedia to give audiences a unique perspective on the present farm situation that exists in Canada today.

Written and performed by Dean Harder and David Dick, Open Prairie pursues all sides of the farming situation through uniquely entertaining characters. Picture 2 guys performing 20 characters in 75 min.
